Front Office Dunk Tank

If only Toronto FC had thought of this before getting rid of Mo and company. Throw in a few tosses at one of these babies at the end of each year and no one would mind the incremental increases in season ticket prices.

Well played DC.

Update: It was brought to my attention – tip of the hat to Jonathan (@Canadian09) – that MLSE did in fact have a dunk tank at the MLSQ Sports Day in the Square last summer.

Here are a few of the videos that have come about:

Apparently the water was quite cold.

Personal Note - My apologies for the lack of content this past week, I’ve been enjoying a little break with MLS on hiatus and a backlog of half-completed projects and ideas to wrestle with, not to mention incomplete research that required my attention.

A piece reviewing the new Toronto FC Academy facility – they were kind enough to allow me to join the unveiling tours on Tuesday – will be up at The Shin Guardian early next week. While a review of Canadian National Team training and the press conference yesterday will be up shortly.

I skipped out on this morning’s session at BMO Field, but will likely be in attendance when the Americans test out the pitch later this evening.

  1. I'd hate to be the guy falling into the cold water.
